Exchange and Return Policy

We appreciate your trust and are committed to your satisfaction. This policy applies to orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Return/exchange period

  • The customer has the right to return or exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt.
  • An application must be opened within the specified period via the communication channels below.

Application acceptance requirements

  • The product must be unopened , unused, and in its original condition with the box, labels, and all accessories.
  • Attach the purchase invoice or order number.

Cases where returns are not accepted

  • Perfumes or cosmetics after they have been opened/tried .
  • Discounted products are included in special offers (unless they are defective).
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or use after receipt.

Defective or faulty products

  • If the product arrives defective or different from the order, we will cover the full shipping costs and replace the product or refund the amount as you wish.
  • The defect must be reported within 72 hours of receipt with clear photos of the defect and packaging.

Fees and shipping method

  • For return/exchange requests for undamaged products: the customer bears the round-trip shipping costs .
  • We provide you with an approved shipping company and they will send you the return policy.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within 5–10 business days after the product has been inspected and accepted at the warehouse.
  • In case of payment on delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, according to your choice.

substitution

  • The exchange can be for another product or store credit of the same value as the refunded amount after deducting shipping fees (if applicable).

Damaged shipment

  • If the carton arrives with external damage, please refuse delivery , make a note with the shipping company, and contact us immediately.

International requests (if any)

  • Additional non-refundable customs/shipping fees may apply. Please contact us before shipping.
